How to get a Trial ID/Research #

When requesting a Trial ID/Research Number, the following form needs to be completed: Trial ID/Research Request Form

All Trial ID/Research Request Forms should be sent via e-mail to:

The Office of Clinical Trials has a 24-hour turnaround period when assigning Trial ID numbers.
